Import logs

Authorized uploaders can drop ShinraMeter exports here — handy when the meter can't auto-upload. Drop the local .7z exports (enable <json>true</json> in the meter; they land in Documents\ShinraMeter\), or a raw encounter/timeline JSON. A rich timeline builds a full encounter on its own.
